How We Can Help

If you are facing an unexpected pregnancy, there’s help—and hope.

The Alternatives to Abortion Program offers services to help you carry your unborn child to term instead of having an abortion. We connect you with compassionate providers across the state offering free, confidential services, whether you need parenting support, adoption referrals, or simply someone to talk to.

You are eligible for the A2A program if you are a pregnant woman who:

  • Wants to carry your unborn child to term
  • Is a United States resident who lives in Missouri
  • Makes less than 185% of the federal poverty level
